MyRoots branch network connects rural population to the banking services through convenient, flexible, reliable digital platform. Our network enables financial institution in getting last mile connectivity to rural markets and provide doorstep financial services. The financial products includes basic banking facilities of cash deposit & withdrawal, electronic fund transfer to other bank accounts, loans (e.g. two-wheeler loan, tractor loan, enterprise business loan and cattle loans), savings products (fixed deposits, recurring deposits), farmer finance and commodity finance for food and agro processors. The presence of rural business centre provides ease of banking services to local people and ensures service quality confidence to both the bank and its customers.

The strength of the MyRoots is the way we work with farmers to adopt and implement modern techniques of farming. The agronomy team provides guidance to farmers by developing demonstration plots, suggest appropriate farm inputs viz. seeds, required irrigation and provide on time farm support. The grass root coverage is ensured by training the local youth which strengthens the network to provide timely support. The team is working on de-risking the farm income pattern by helping farmers follow the principle of multiple activities viz. crop rotation of two vegetables/one fruit, one field crop and farm cattle in practice. We believe animal care is very important part of farm extension services. The present services cover guidance on cattle nourishment, heath & hygiene. The farm extension services team works closely with business development team which helps time the market demand for farm produce.

A network of MRBC own and partner (atyati technologies) branches provides a platform which connects producer to the buyer. Our business development team works closely with several buyer organisations to understand their requirement on traceability of produce, demand, timing, grade, quality, logistics and safe storage. Our area offices through digital platform become nodal hub centres of convergence for receipt of graded produce from village spoke centres and onward supply & distribution to fulfil buyer requirements. We ensure quality post-harvest supplies to the buyer & timely payment to seller farm producer bank account.

MyRoots nodal hubs are working to provide farm fresh vegetables, fruits and milk to neighbouring cities. MyRoots Fresh initiative is supporting small entrepreneur delivery van which basis demand from city residents, restaurants, canteens etc. procure fresh farm products and provide doorstep delivery. The demand supply fulfilment is seamless as it is managed by a technology platform. We encourage cashless delivery and ensure timely payment to supplier and distributor bank account.
